Dispute Resolution

Jonathan is Counsel in the Dispute Resolution team and deals principally with trust litigation, corporate disputes and insolvency matters

Jonathan was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2002 and admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2006.  He worked at international law firm, Pinsent Masons, in Manchester for a number of years, dealing with high value and cross-border commercial disputes.

Jonathan commenced practice at the Bar in 2011.  He represented clients in a broad range of business and property disputes with a particular emphasis on partnership and shareholder disputes and corporate insolvency.  He is an experienced advocate and has regularly appeared in the English High Court and on appeal.

Since joining Dickinson Gleeson in July 2020, Jonathan has gained extensive experience of trust litigation, advising both trustees and beneficiaries, and has been involved in a number of significant cases which have come before Jersey’s Royal Court.
