Position

Craig Swart TEP is an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey and a partner of the firm. He is also a qualified South African attorney (non-practising) and English Solicitor (also non-practising).

Career

Trained with Loon & Connellan Inc, Port Elizabeth, South Africa; partner Loon & Connellan Inc 1998- 2002; Bedell Cristin 2002-06; Mourant Ozannes 2007-13; partner Dickinson Gleeson January 2014 to date. Qualified in 1996 as Attorney and Notary of the High Court of South Africa; admitted as an English solicitor 2005 (non-practicing); admitted as Jersey advocate 2009. Publication of note: 2nd Edition of Dessain & Wilkins Jersey Insolvency and Asset Tracing.

Craig joined Dickinson Gleeson in January 2014 from Mourant Ozannes. Craig advises trustees, directors, fiduciaries, settlors and beneficiaries in relation to a wide range of non-contentious and contentious matters involving trusts, companies, foundations and partnerships. He also has extensive insolvency and asset tracking experience.
