Career
Joe is a Family Law partner with over 20 years of experience of family law with a particular focus on the collaborative family law process. Joe has a strong belief in parties “divorcing with dignity” and prefers to assist clients in resolving matters amicably to the benefit of all involved.
In cases where court intervention is necessary, Joe can assist clients through the whole process with considerable experience in all aspects of family litigation.
Joe is current the chair of South Yorkshire Resolution, a group of 6,500 family law professionals promoting a constructive approach to family issues.
