Peter is an expert in corporate tax, with wide experience in advising on the tax implications of a broad range of transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, real estate, banking and insolvency transactions as well as compensation payments. He also has wide experience in advising on VAT. He advises on both domestic and cross border work.
Peter is a member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners’ Group and the International Fiscal Association.
