Sydney is a prominent and respected Commercial Litigation lawyer with in excess of 30 years of experience.  He has particular expertise in the Manchester business arena.  He has a broad skill set and a proven track record in adding commercial value to businesses; his focus is objective and solution driven.

He is highly skilled in advising and acting on company, partnership, and commercial disputes, undertaking emergency work covering search and seize orders, freezing orders and injunctions, insolvency and technology disputes and issues around commercial contracts and agreements.

He acts as an independent supervising solicitor and is experienced in mediations and is a qualified mediator and undertakes work in specialist arbitrations.

Sydney's experience includes contractual disputes, company, partner, shareholder disputes, advising on charity and trust issues, professional negligence, stockbroking and banking disputes, covering the corporate and personal sectors and undertaking fraud and personal investigations on asset and debt investigations.

Sydney undertakes fraud investigations covering tracing of assets and claim investigations.

Sydney also has extensive experience, inter alia, in advising business relationships in avoiding or managing disputes in a diverse array of sectors.

He has also acted in specialist areas of regulatory work, fraud and investigations, and acts for charities and trustees.
