Neil is a Commercial Real Estate lawyer, specialising in investment, development and asset management work for investment funds, property companies and entrepreneurs, together with acquisitions for corporate occupiers. His experience includes transacting trophy London office buildings, the letting, sale and refurbishment and reconfiguration of retail parks, and the acquisition, asset management and sale of shopping centres and industrial estates. Neil has acted for private funds in the investment period (including portfolio acquisitions) through asset management and then on to eventual sale of the assets. Neil also acts for corporate occupiers including insurance companies and hedge funds taking space in the City and West End.
