Prem is an experienced family lawyer, specialising in complex financial matters upon divorce, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.  Prem has a judicial appointment and sits on the Valuation Tribunal.

Prem's dedication, forward-thinking and robust approach gives her the drive and determination to succeed and achieve the best outcome for her clients.

She has extensive experience and specialist knowledge of companies, business interests, inherited assets, pensions, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and all property and trust matters that can form part of the assets for division upon dissolution of a marriage or relationship breakdown.

Prem's clients are predominately professionals, company directors, celebrities, TV personalities, film producers and premiership footballers.  She has been involved in a number of high-profile cases involving property investment portfolios exceeding £5m and complex cohabitation claims.

Given the complexity and forensic nature of her work, Prem is extremely articulate in both her work and presentation and is driven by the concept of making a positive difference to her clients.  For consistency and continuity, she also undertakes the majority of advocacy herself.
