Pania is a corporate solicitor with particular focus on M&A, disposals, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, debt and equity and venture capital investments, start-up fundraisings, corporate finance deals and a wide variety of commercial contracts.

She has extensive experience in the corporate aspects of real estate transactions and a particular interest in cross border transactions.

Pania has a dual qualification having been admitted as an Advocate to the Supreme Court of Cyprus and as a Solicitor in England and is fluent in Greek and English. She headed up the Greek and Cypriot desk at her previous firm and was involved in a wide range of cross border matters involving Cyprus.
