Sloan Kelly is a dual qualified lawyer (England and New Zealand) and has over 25 years’ experience specialising in UK commercial real estate investment acquisitions and disposals. Sloan also specialises in real estate financing with a particular focus in relation to high value residential secured lending and has significant occupational tenant experience representing U.S. institutions taking operating space in the UK office sector.
