Lisa is an experienced property solicitor specialising in development work and commercial lettings with a pragmatic, solution-driven focus.

Lisa acts for a range of clients on matters including the acquisition and disposal of both residential and commercial development sites, property portfolios, refinancing and providing corporate support. She also has experience in dealing with bespoke development contracts such as conditional contracts, option agreements and overage.

Lisa acts on a range of landlord and tenant transactions including commercial leases and the acquisition, disposal and letting of licensed premises.
