Caroline has primarily specialised in insolvency litigation and corporate restructuring for over 12 years. During this time, her work has given her the opportunity to develop expertise in varied chancery litigation and contentious property matters, which include: equitable interest claims; application for vesting of legal title to trademarks; matters involving sham and other fraudulent transactions, and Land Registry adjudication.

Caroline has wide experience of corporate and individual insolvency matters, including dealing with asset sale agreements involving intellectual property for officeholders; insolvencies involving derivatives and futures trading; misfeasance actions; breach of fiduciary duty and wrongful trading applications and possession and sale applications involving individuals with multiple bankruptcies.
