Working as a trusted business adviser she works with companies and their owners advising on the structuring of acquisitions and sales, corporate transactions and preparing businesses for exit.

Amanda's areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and restructurings, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, investments and raising finance. Amanda also works with under performing and distressed businesses and their owners on turnaround and transformation.
