Claire-Elaine deals with a range of Property issues, Commercial Litigation, Corporate Disputes, Partnership disputes and Intellectual Property issues. She has a wealth of practical experience and knowledge gained from working in private practice and as in-house counsel. As well as being a Solicitor, she is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator and Member of the Chartered Management Institute, giving her a unique commercial approach that cuts to the heart of the issue and delivers practical business minded results for clients.

Claire-Elaine has a specialist interest in commercial, agricultural and residential property dispute resolution and risk management work. She has a particular passion for landlord & tenant, proactive estate and portfolio management, facilitating developments, resolving telecommunications problems and assisting in the resolution of real estate disputes such as boundaries, rights of way or restrictive covenants. Claire-Elaine also has more niche experience in defending bulk litigation on behalf of developers and local authorities, as well as dealing with professional negligence claims against professionals.
