Jon is a real estate partner with particular expertise in estate management issues. He acts for both property owners and occupiers dealing with issues ranging from conventional landlord and tenant disputes, the enforcement of lease covenants, rent review arbitrations and boundary wall disputes to the more esoteric, such as restrictive covenants and compulsory purchase issues. His clients bring him into property transactions and disputes where they need an issue resolving and where an arcane solution is looked for.
