Associate

I am an experienced litigator specialising in employment law. I advise organisations and individuals on all aspects of employment law and human resources strategy. I deal with various issues including redundancies, unfair and wrongful dismissals claims, discrimination, whistleblowing TUPE, restrictive covenants and settlement agreements.  My recent work includes:

Advising the high street retailer, H&M, on HR issues. Successfully representing a senior manager in a sexual harassment claim.   Successfully defending two senior hotel managers against allegations they had set up competing businesses and breached their fiduciary duties. Successfully representing a senior hospital manager in his claim for unfair dismissal and disability discrimination against a NHS trust.

I represent clients across a wide range of business sectors as well as dealing with matters concerning public bodies (NHS, police and teachers).  In my spare time, I enjoy playing football and tennis.
