Matt is a partner and head of the corporate team at Waterfront.

Matt advises both domestic and international clients from a broad range of industry sectors on corporate transactions, including venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.

Matt has particular expertise advising entrepreneurs and investors in relation to venture capital investments in early stage technology and digital media companies. He has worked with early stage technology and digital media companies for more than 10 years and has an in-depth understanding of the legal challenges they face.

Matt is valued by his clients for his patience and his practical, commercial approach.
