Kirsty is a partner of Campbell Johnston Clark with a wide ranging litigation practice acting principally for Owners, Charterers, P&I Clubs, banks and UHNI. Kirsty has experience in handling a range of contentious matters in the High Court and in arbitration relating to MOA and shipbuilding contracts, super yacht contracts, refund guarantees, joint venture agreements, problem loans/work-outs,  charterparties and bills of lading/cargo claims. Kirsty is also the head of the sanctions team and also regularly undertakes shipbuilding contract, refund guarantee and charterparty drafting.
