Joshua is a solicitor working in the Dispute Resolution team at Redkite Solicitors.

He advises on a range of areas, which include the following:

• Contested wills;
• Debt recovery;
• Commercial disputes;
• Property disputes; and
• Professional negligence

After passing the LPC in 2015, Joshua worked within the Litigation department at an international law firm where he undertook work relating to the recovery of secured debt and mortgage enforcement. He also has experience in the administration of estates, having worked as a paralegal in the Wills and Probate department at a large firm in Cardiff.

Joshua joined the Dispute Resolution team at Redkite in 2019 after having spent over 2 years working within the in-house Litigation team of a major utilities provider in Cardiff.

Joshua graduated from Aberystwyth University in 2014, after passing the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University in 2015.

Outside of the office, Joshua enjoy spending time outdoors; running, hiking and camping.
