Jo qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and for much of her career since worked for two large Central London firms of solicitors where she specialised in Wills, Probate and the administration of estates, including (pre and post death) Inheritance Tax planning.  Jo has particular experience in the obtaining of Grants of Representation for the estates of those not UK domiciled and also advises on the use of Lasting Powers Attorney.
