Ed specialises in corporate acquisitions, disposals and mergers including buy-ins, buy-outs, restructures and joint ventures, predominantly in the owner-managed/ SME sectors. Sector specialisms include insurance distribution, aerospace, plant hire, manufacturing and professional services.
