Molly McLoughlin is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property department. Molly regularly deals with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant work, including leases for pension schemes. In addition to this, Molly is a key member of our Real Estate Finance Team carrying out secured lending work, whether acting solely for the lender or on a dual representation basis for both lenders and borrowers.
