She is highly experienced with 22 years in the personal injury sector handling complicated liability and high value, complex cases. Caroline works closely with the Court of Protection Team, often representing clients who lack capacity and who require the services of a deputy. She regularly obtains multi-million pound settlements for her clients either by way of a lump sum settlement or PPO.

Caroline develops close relationships with her clients, their families and their multi-disciplinary team. She has built relationships over the years with well-recognised experts and Leading Counsel across the country to ensure the best possible outcome for her client. The majority of Caroline’s current cases arise from road traffic accidents but she also has extensive experience of EL/PL matters and CICA cases.
