He has extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions (public and private), venture capital and private equity; public company listings and fundraisings, compliance under the listing rules and AIM rules; joint ventures; acquisition finance; corporate and share capital reorganisations; investment funds; directors' duties; corporate governance; and commercial contracts.
