Jones Nickolds

Since 2009 Rachel has built up an extensive mediation practise involving both domestic and international cases. Rachel's litigation practise involves all aspects of divorce, matrimonial finance, civil partnerships, cohabitation and private children matters. She is also highly experienced in advising on pre-nuptial agreements.

Qualified 2002; Osbornes 2001-08, Dawsons LLP 2008-11; Partner Jones Nickolds 2011 to date; qualified as collaborative lawyer in 2005; qualified as Resolution-trained mediator in 2011.and became an accredited mediator in 2015.
