Highly rated by the legal journals for many years. Works with some of the world’s biggest corporate brands. Part of a unique team of talented employment partners who have moved out of large traditional law firms and who now provide equally effective solutions through a more efficient, boutique employment law firm. Advises on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations issues. Best known for resolving highly sensitive employment problems, advising on the strategy and implementation of change programmes (whether large-scale redundancies, restructuring or relocations) and dealing with difficult industrial relations issues. Particular strengths include tactical foresight, legal clarity and commercial commonsense; so that, no matter how complex or difficult the issue, clients have a solution that works both legally and practically.
