Career
Sarah qualified 1978 and is a Solicitor, Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer who specialises in family law. She is a member of Resolution (First for Family Law) and the Law Society’s Family Law and Mediation Accreditation Schemes. In 2018, Legal 500 commented that Sarah is ‘like the doyenne of mediation- she is vastly experienced and highly respected’.
In 2013 Sarah represented the wife in the reported case of RvR and Others[2013] EWHC 4244 (Fam) on the issue of the responsibility of shadow directors in family companies.
Memberships
Member of Resolution (First for Family Law). She is also a member of the Law Society’s Family Law and Mediation Accreditation Schemes and is a qualified collaborative practitioner.
In addition, Sarah is accredited by the Family Mediation Council and is a trained Professional Practice Consultant for mediators.
