Position

Jacqueline is Head of the Private Client Teams in Chesham and Uxbridge. She specialises in all aspects of private client work. This includes the Court of Protection and acting as a professional deputy. Her strengths lie in dealing with the assets of high net worth individuals, including overseas matters, domicile issues and estates with business and agricultural assets. Jacqueline has particular experience of working with people who have acquired brain injury and advises on setting up personal injury trusts as well as related Court of Protection advice. She speaks widely on these areas to professionals and special interest groups.
