land acquisition and disposals, including options and conditional sale agreements; site assembly for residential and commercial developers, including development agreements; overage agreements; leases; education sector specialism, including academy conversions and inter-academy transfers; agricultural sector specialism, including farm acquisitions/disposals and farm business tenancy agreements; and high value and/or complex residential conveyancing.

Lucy is also a Notary Public, preparing, authenticating and certifying documents for use in international property transactions and other matters involving foreign jurisdictions.

Lucy commenced her role as Commercial Property Partner at Austin Moore LLP in September 2020.

Previously Lucy was a Commercial Property Partner at Flint Bishop LLP in Derby (March 2016 to September 2020).

Prior to this, Lucy was a Partner at J H Powell & Co, Derby where she worked for 11 years starting as a trainee there in 2007 and making Partner in 2013.
