Partner practising both contentious and non-contentious employment law and in particular having extensive experience of the day-to-day running and strategic aspects of Employment Tribunal litigation. Dealing in complex, multi-faceted claims of discrimination , victimisation, harassment, whistleblowing and constructive dismissal. Acting in matters relating to the NHS, banking and media sectors, among others.

Advising employers and employees, and having experience in internal HR matters ranging from employee exits, redundancies and drafting employment contracts and consultancy agreements.
