Dealing in complex, multi-faceted claims of discrimination , victimisation, harassment, whistleblowing and constructive dismissal. Acting in matters relating to the NHS, banking and media sectors, among others.

Advising employers and employees, and having experience in internal HR matters ranging from employee exits, redundancies and drafting employment contracts and consultancy agreements.
