Steven is a solicitor who works in the dispute resolution, private client and commercial law teams.

In the dispute resolution team, Steven assists with commercial contract disputes, debt recovery, defamation, professional negligence, and claims under the Inheritance Act 1975. As part of the commercial law team, Steven recently assisted with a share purchase acquisition worth over £2 million. Steven was involved in drafting the share purchase agreement and various ancillary documents including settlement agreements, a consultancy agreement��and board minutes.

In the private client team, Steven assists with the drafting of Wills and the probate process.
