Since joining Curzon Green, Umar Mirza has shown himself to be an integral and valued member of the family law team. Umar qualified in 2020 and has gone on to develop an excellent reputation amongst the firm’s client base.

Umar is experienced in dealing with all aspects of relationship breakdown and his current caseload spans a range of family issues including divorce, financial remedy, and children law. Umar regularly advises on pre- and post-relationship acquired assets, business assets, investments, and pensions; as well as disputes about overseas assets.

Umar has a specific interest in child arrangements and issues and has worked on cases concerned with child international relocation.

Umar is a member of Resolution which is an organisation which promotes good practice within the field and a constructive approach to resolving family issues.
