Adam Jones is an Associate Solicitor specialising in and advising across a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Placing a client focussed and commercially sensitive approach at the forefront of his practice, Adam takes great pride ensuring his clients are as informed and advised as possible with an emphasis on the benefits of alternative dispute resolution and settlement allowing clients to make an informed decision from both a legal and financial perspective.
Adam has experience in all aspects of the day to day running of proceedings in Tribunal and has navigated successful claims for, amongst other things, unfair and wrongful dismissal, unlawful deduction of wages, breach of contract and multiple claims for discrimination and harassment under the Equality Act 2010.
Advising both employees and employers, Adam has acted on numerous non-contentious matters including drafting and advising on contracts (both for high level executives and junior employees), consultancy and secondment agreements and providing accompanying advice and analysis on the same.
Adam has also advised employers on multiple HR/ER matters including employee exits, redundancies and settlement agreements and has achieved fair, commercially practical and confidential settlements for dozens of clients.
Education
Adam graduated from the University of Sheffield with an LLB Honours Law Degree before completing the LPC at BPP School of Law, obtaining a Distinction. Prior to joining Curzon Green, Adam trained at a boutique Central London law firm where, in 2019, he qualified into its Employment Department.
