Toni is an Associate Partner practicing exclusively in the area of employment law for 10 years.

Toni acts predominantly for employers within the public, private and third sectors regularly advising on contentious and non-contentious issues relating to Review of Public Administration, TUPE, negotiations with trade unions, internal issues including investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters, redundancy, equal pay, holiday pay, and GDPR.

Toni has a keen interest and breadth of experience in both the pursuit and defence of Industrial Tribunal claims.

She regularly writes and presents seminars; the most recent being in conjunction with Legal Island on working time and holiday pay and regularly writes articles for our firm’s website and local press on pertinent and relevant cases in the NI and wider UK jurisdictions, and in respect of relevant legislative change.
