Paul has over 15 years’ experience in the debt recovery industry dealing with both consumer and commercial debt and has a broad base of knowledge across a varied number of sectors. Paul offers the full litigation service including the issuing of county court claims, judgments, enforcements and the issuing of statutory demands, bankruptcy and winding up petitions.
Paul has particular expertise in dealing with volume debt recovery, having acted for numerous debt collection agencies, universities and credit unions.
