Bill qualified as a Solicitor in 2010, and as a Solicitor-Advocate in 2014, and represents both corporate and individual clients across the spectrum of workplace regulation and compliance, including: health and safety, trading standards, fire and food safety. In addition, Bill has extensive experience of representing Interested Parties during Coronial investigations, as well as in connection with public inquiries, and has been involved in some of the highest profile cases of recent years, including: the Awaab Ishak inquest; Manchester Arena Inquiry; and the David Fuller inquiry.

Bill also has considerable experience within the Healthcare sector and regularly advises and assists care providers subject to investigation by the Care Quality Commission and CIW.

Bill provides discrete advice to clients and has delivered numerous training courses on risk management and compliance, including presenting to the National Care Forum and the IOSH Health and Social Care Group.
