A key point of differentiation for Pannone Corporate LLP is its expertise in bespoke employment management training, including upskilling training programmes and conducting mock Employment Tribunals, alongside its investigation offering which has probed allegations of abuse, harassment and discrimination. The firm also leverages an extensive list of clients in the care sector, advising on employee transfers, settlement agreements and claims of unfair dismissal over the past twelve months. A recently qualified mediator, Jack Harrington leads the team and has been extremely active in TUPE matters, as well as defending a variety of large, multifaceted tribunal claims. Fiona Hamor has a broad contentious and non contentious practice, with notable expertise in discrimination and equal pay matters, while newly promoted associate partner Michael McNally has been a key figure in the department’s investigatory and upskilling mandates.
