Michael is a Director and set up the employment team in the Liverpool office.Michael focuses on getting to know a client's business, culture and commercial goals. He advises clients on all aspects of employment law with a particular interest in providing strategic advice, trade union law and industrial action, TUPE, the employment aspects of corporate transactions, restrictive covenants and injunctions, and representing clients in the employment tribunal. Michael has appeared before Tribunals throughout the UK, including the Industrial Tribunal in Northern Ireland.Michael is also a specialist on discrimination law in the provision of goods and services.
