Gareth deals with a range of commercial real estate matters and acts for a number of retail, investor and developer clients including several household name brands. Gareth also provides support to our Corporate team in real estate aspects of corporate transactions. Highly valued by clients for his commercial and pragmatic advice.

Gareth dealt with the widely reported matter concerning enforceability of a restrictive covenant from a competition law perspective and is proud to say that he negotiated a satisfactory settlement for the client following the issuing of a claim in the Competition Appeal tribunal.

In addition to his legal qualifications, which include a Master of Laws degree from the University of Leeds, Gareth holds both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Engineering from the University of Liverpool.
