Nicola has extensive experience in advising individuals, executors, trustees and trust companies in trust and estate disputes. This includes challenges to the validity of wills, claims for breach of trust and claims. Nicola also acts for both individuals and LLP/partnerships in disputes.

Nicola is a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists and a member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners. Alongside this Nicola is also an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and is a Manchester Law Society Private Client Committee Member.
