With 18 year's experience as a litigator, David's work spans heavyweight litigation, mediation and dispute avoidance. Taking a robust, commercial approach, David works in partnership with clients to resolve disputes quickly and cost effectively. He advises across a range of commercial and real estate disputes.

David sits as a Deputy District Judge on the Northern Court Circuit.

David is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Professional Negligence Lawyers’ Association.
