Associate Partner

Arshnoor is an Associate Partner in our Corporate Services team. Arshnoor has significant experience of high-value M&A involving multinational and overseas corporates and often leads large transactions within competing time frames to a high standard. Arshnoor also has a wealth of experience in all other aspects of Corporate law, including debt and equity investments, shareholders’ and JV agreements and complex reorganisations.

Arshnoor co-led the Corporate team’s standout transaction of the year, being the disposal by M&I Materials of the MIDEL and MIVOLT businesses to Shell. She also co-led the multi-million pound acquisition of the Up & Away businesses by US corporate, Argenbright Group and played a lead role on notable acquisitions and investments for various other key clients.

Arshnoor was named Corporate Rising Star of the Year at the UK Northern Powerhouse Awards in 2024.

Arshnoor is highly ambitious, dedicated and passionate. She loves to embark on new adventures and often travels with work in her role as Vice President of the “Young PLG” Executive Committee of PLG International Lawyers, the firm’s worldwide referral network. Arshnoor recently released a podcast on venture capital transactions which can be found on Spotify.
