Trained Lovell, White & King (now Lovells); qualified 1984; partner Lovells 1990, New York office 1986-88 and 1998-2002 (resident managing partner); seconded to 3i plc 1983-84 and as Joint Secretary of the Takeover Panel 1992-94; joined Addleshaw Goddard as partner 2005.
