Amanda leads both the firm's finance and projects division and that division's corporate banking practice.

She has more than 20 years' experience as a finance lawyer and advises on a diverse range of corporate banking transactions, with particular emphasis on debt and hedging facilities for corporates. She also has experience of leveraged finance (including public to private transactions and management buy-outs and buy-ins) and real estate finance (comprising the full range of commercial investment properties, portfolios of residential properties and development projects). She regularly advises on facilities in the professional practices, healthcare and education sectors and on funding for financial institutions.
