Zak specialises in real estate finance with his work covering a variety of complex, structured and cross-border transactions including senior/mezzanine deals, opco/propco structures, joint venture financings, loan on loan financings, investment and development financings. He advises across all key sub-sectors and his clients include developers, sponsors, investment banks, insurance companies, funds and clearing banks. He has particular expertise in structuring deals with multiple debt classes and cross-border issues.
