Partner and head of commercial group; main areas of work are public procurement and commercial contracts, including drafting and advising generally on commercial agreements, sale of goods and unfair contract terms legislation; advice to, and training for, a number of clients on commercial law and public procurement topics; major clients include Sainsburys, Royal Mail Group and numerous public authorities; co-author of ‘Guide to the Commercial Agents Regulations’ (3rd ed);  co-editor of the Government Procurement Review (now 5th Edition).
