Eleanor is a Director in the firm and a highly experienced family lawyer. Since qualifying in 2013, she has dealt with a range of family issues including matrimonial matters, cohabitation, domestic violence and same-sex relationships.

Her particular expertise lies in matters involving children and finding the best outcome for children of separating families. She’s resolved a number of disputes which centred around where children should live, and how much time a child should spend with the non-resident parent.

Eleanor’s conciliatory approach led her into the practise of Mediation. She’s now a qualified mediator and facilitates amicable settlements for parties who were once at loggerheads.

As one of the leaders in the firm, Eleanor heads up the Guildford office. She brings out the best in our colleagues and inspires them to believe they can achieve anything for themselves, and for their clients.

Eleanor is also fluent in French, which often comes in handy for international issues, and finding common ground with bilingual clients.
