Position
Antonia is an international associate in the Washington, DC office. She specializes in international commercial arbitration and has significant experience representing multinational corporations in cross-border disputes ranging across various industries, including construction, oil & gas, finance, transportation, entertainment, and food & beverages. Antonia has acted in proceedings under a number of arbitration rules, including ICC, AAA-ICDR, and CAM-CCBC.
Career
Before joining Three Crowns, Antonia practiced in Brazil and acted as counsel in domestic and international arbitral proceedings, as well as judicial and administrative proceedings, having appeared before federal and state courts and federal administrative bodies, such as the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen), and the Council for Financial Activities Control (Coaf). Antonia was recently recognized as a Rising Star and a Leading Associate in Dispute Resolution: Arbitration by Legal 500 in its respective 2024 and 2025 Brazil Guides.

Education
Antonia holds an LL.M. (Hons.) from Columbia Law School, where her focus was on international commercial and investment arbitration. During her time at Columbia, she was a research assistant to Professors George A. Bermann and Kabir Duggal and held positions in the Columbia International Arbitration Association, and the Columbia Law School Brazilian Association. She also holds an LL.B. from Fundação Getulio Vargas Rio de Janeiro Law School and is concluding her LL.M. in Commercial Law at the University of Sao Paulo.
