Kate is an experienced family solicitor, with over 15 years working in family law. She joined Vaitilingam Kay in 2017 as an Associate and was promoted to Partner in 2022.  She has a wide range of experience of all elements of family law including divorce, complex financial disputes on separation, as well as child arrangements issues and drafting of nuptial agreements.  Kate runs her own caseload as well as assisting other partners on matters. She is a member of Resolution.
