Claire has practised in family divorce for several years, dealing with high net worth and finance cases and complex children’s cases.

Claire specialises in all areas of family law including the following:

Divorce and Separation Financial settlements, including complex and high net worth cases. Children disputes (including cases of parental alienation, external and internal relocation) Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial agreements Cohabitation Agreements Separation Agreements Injunctive relief including non-molestation order and occupation orders.

Claire completed her law degree in Leeds with first-class honours, having previously enjoyed a successful career in the financial industry. Claire completed the legal practice course with a distinction.
