Kieran is an employment solicitor and works across the full spectrum of employment law including:

Advising on bringing and defending employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. Drafting, reviewing and advising on contracts of employment, director’s service agreements, restrictive covenants, company policies and handbooks. Advising on settlement negotiations and drafting settlement agreements. Advising corporate clients on issues including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness and capability procedures, and termination of employment. Advising on employment protection issues including redundancy and TUPE transfers.
